Larry Douziech is a Los Angeles-based composer whose work has appeared in film, animations, and national commercials. Formally trained in film scoring and well-versed in programs such as Finale, Digital Performer, Pro Tools and Vienna Pro, Larry painstakingly cultivates his original arrangements from initial mockup to final sound mix.

Influenced by bands such as Dream Theater, Led Zeppelin, and The Rolling Stones, Larry started writing music at age 12. He then expanded into jazz and classical, where he was introduced to film composition and scoring. Later, Larry attended the Dick Grove School of Music, where he studied under notable composers such as Henry Mancini, Lalo Schifrin, Mundell Lowe, and Sammy Nestico.

With each piece, Larry looks to capture the essence of a story by creating a musical motif that augments the viewer’s emotional experience. From single-instrument movements, to classical compositions, to epic 100-piece orchestral arrangements, Larry’s expertise span a wide range of melodies and styles.
